Provide Tier 1 technical support for university technology, troubleshoot account and password issues, wireless connectivity, Microsoft Office, Canvas, Banner, and other common technology problems.
Support students with gaming equipment, consoles, displays, and computer systems while troubleshooting technical issues and managing equipment checkouts.
